Ryan Carpenter
Northern Forge Basketball was built on a simple belief: athletes improve when training is detailed, honest, and tied directly to what translates in games.
Ryan Carpenter is a former collegiate coach who has helped develop over 30 All-Conference players, 2 All-Americans, a Conference Player of the Year, a National Player of the Year, and a Conference Defensive Player of the Year. Training focuses on shooting growth, positionless development, footwork, decision making, and real game application.
Northern Forge Basketball now trains under the Empire Fargo umbrella, serving serious athletes across North Dakota and Minnesota.
David Benson
About David Benson:
David has made a significant impact as a Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach at Fargo South High School and through AAU coaching. He has led the 16u Regional and 13u National teams for Inspired Athletics, supported all the national teams, and contributed to the 13u Sanford Basketball program.
A former three-sport high school athlete, David excelled in baseball, football, and basketball. His diverse background fuels his dedication to mentoring athletes and fostering their growth and passion for sports.

• Summit League Newcomer of the Year (2020-21)
• CSC Academic All-District Team (2022-23, 2023-24)
Heaven, had an impressive career at NDSU, scoring over 1,500 points and excelling in assists, rebounds, and steals. She was a key player in guiding NDSU to back-to-back WNIT appearances.
